LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method is a facilitated thinking, communication and problem solving technique for organizations, teams and
individuals. The participants are led through a series of questions and
build their own 3-D models in response to the facilitator’s tasks using
specially selected LEGO bricks. The models are the basis for knowledge sharing, problem-solving and collaborative decision-making.
