GARRETSON BALL ASSOCIATION YOUTH SOFTBALL/BASEBALL/TBALL REGISTRATION
The Garretson Ball Association is once again offering T-Ball, Baseball and Softball for the Garretson Area Youth. Registration forms are due by THURSDAY ,
APRIL 7, 2016. Please turn in the registration form along with your fee to the elementary or high school office or mail the form along with the fee to GBA, PO Box 151,
Garretson, SD 57030. If you are dropping the form off at the school office, please put the registration form and payment in an envelope.
Parents must sign the permission statement on the bottom of this registration form We ask that parents who have three or more children to take advantage of the
discount with a maximum amount due per family of $115. The fee includes a T-Shirt for each player on the team, plus a baseball cap or softball sunglasses for the
traveling teams.
A LATE FEE OF $15 PER CHILD WILL BE ASSESSED FOR ANY LATE REGISTRATIONS AFTER THURSDAY, APRIL 7, 2016.

Tball games are every Monday and Thursday for the month of June at 5:30pm on the Soccer Practice Fields. Baseball is held on Mondays and Wednesdays. Softball is held on
Tuesdays and Thursdays.
