Health, wellness, fitness, and healthy lifestyles
Sport is very important to keep our health, body and fitness in good health for
all people. It is important to live a great life without indolence and fatigue. Also, to
learn more about how we can be healthy people. And, to know how much the sport is
important. The health, wellness, fitness, and health lifestyle is very important for
adults. Preparing for Physical Activity is the beginning of the start. The benefits of
Physical Activity are the most important thing we can do for your health.
We can define the Health and wellness in many definitions. It is a complete
mental, physical, and good lifestyle. It is not Lack of health. Wellness is more than
physical health, it is spiritual well being. The dimensions of wellness are,
Environmental Wellness, Intellectual Wellness, Occupational Wellness, Spiritual
Wellness, Physical, Intellectual, Emotional, and Social. Factors Influencing Health is
genetic, behavioral influences, environmental influences, and health care.
Fitness is the ability to play without injury. Also for fun and spending energy
in good way. First of all the speed is one of the skill-related factors to physical fitness.
Also, agility wish is the ability to change the speed and the exercises. And balance
and coordination are also factors are related to the physical fitness. The last is power
and reaction time, wish are the time to move and the ability to work. The health
related factors to physical fitness are regularity, diet, environment, heredity, age, and
health problems. Health life style is not easy Especially in the Beginning such as
sleeping, eating, and Regular Exercise. These are not easy for unusual people of
regulation their health life style.
Before beginning to play sport we should do things. First of all, it is important
to chick up the health before doing the exercises that fits our health or body. Second,
Wearing shoes is important for safety during play sport. Also, the weather is
important because we should take Reserve if we doing physical exercise in cold or
hot. During the activity we should preparation the body to exercise. Also, we should
make warm up to Increase body temperature.
Physical activity help prevent heart disease, when we play sport that is good
for the heart muscle. Also, it is good for losing weight and fatness. One of the most
benefit of physical activity is help reduce body fat, so Obesity is Decreases with the
sport. The most important thing is Psychological Effect, when we do activity that
makes us more fun and comfortable. The last one is Back Pain, people who make
activity they are moving their muscles, and that makes the body more strong and
endurance.
Health, wellness, fitness, and healthy lifestyles are important in the life to
continue a good life. Health and wellness are example of how our life should have
these Pasic things in. Also, health lifestyle and what is the useful healthy life.
Moreover the physical fitness and the health related factors and the skill related
factors to the physical fitness. After that how we prepare for activity during and prior
the activity. And the last is the benefits of physical activity and how it is good to have
sport to help us. These keys answer the assignment because we learned from this
assignment a lot, so it is good to know thing like this. And maybe these thing will
change our live to better.
