BOV CARDS \ EASTER PROMOTION 2015
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
The promotion
· The promotion will run between 15 March and 6 April 2015,
both days included (“the Promotion Period”).
· The promotion consists of a lottery which is open to BOV Credit
Cardholders (“Cardholders”) effecting retail transactions during the
above mentioned period, but excluding transactions effected through
ATMs, cash advances and other payments.
Eligibility
· In order to be eligible for the lottery, Cardholders must affect a minimum
of one (1) transaction of a minimum amount of €25 (twenty five euro), with
any BOV Credit Card during the Promotion Period. Eligible Cardholders are
then automatically given a stake in the lottery for every transaction effected.
Lottery Draw & Prizes
· There will be one (1) lottery draw, to be held on Monday 20 April 2015.
· The prizes for Cardholders will be set up as follows:
- The total prize fund for Cardholders will amount to €500;
- The prize fund will be divided into a total of 10 BOV MasterCard
Prepaid Cards having a value of €50 each (“the Prize”);
- A total of 10 Cardholders will be randomly drawn;
- The drawn Cardholders will be contacted by the Bank and must
answer a skill-based question to win the Prize.
· A customer is only eligible to win one (1) Prize.
· The Prize will be distributed to the winning Cardholder from BOV Centre.
· Prize winners will be informed within a week from the lottery draw and
may be required to attend a promotional event covered by the press.
· The Bank reserves the right to publish the names of the winning
Cardholders in the local media and/or on the Bank’s website.
· The Prizes are as stated and will not be exchanged.
· Card transactions payments are subject to the Terms and Conditions
regulating the particular card issued by the Bank from time to time.
