Religion
The children will concentrate on two units of work from the Come and See RE scheme.
ENERGY
This unit will focus on Pentecost. Christians believe that the gift of the Holy Spirit
within them gives them energy and the power to live the way of Jesus. The symbols

God’s way. They show us what God is like – loving, faithful, forgiving, caring for others
and God’s world.
ICT
The pupils will use Interactive Communication Technology to research the
International Primary Curriculum Topics. They will use ICT to support their learning
in Literacy & Numeracy.
ICT Skills
Pupils will learn

how to use ICT responsibly and stay safe online

how to find reliable information from a range of sources including the
internet
how to use ICT to present things we have found out in an exciting and
engaging way

Weekly
home
learning
Reading
 Reading scheme books will be changed every Wednesday. Please ensure your

 Homework will be set every week. The types of homework that they will receive
could be literacy, maths or topic based. Please encourage your child to complete
their homework and bring it in on time.
Diaries
Homework Diaries should be in school every day so that any messages can be passed
