25m x 20m area. Every player has a ball to start.

Technical: The players dribble around the area and perform tasks (toe taps, side taps,
ball dancing, turns, inside/outside of foot, just left/right foot).

Coordination (body breaks): The players dribble the ball around the area. The coach
shouts out a part of the body and the players have to touch the ball with that part of
their body.

Pass And Move: Now take half of the balls away. Players that don't have a ball need
to get in position, make eye contact, call and receive a pass from any player who has a
ball. Once a player has made a pass they must quickly move to provide support and
receive a new pass.

Talk to the players about body position (45 degree angle). Ask them to attack any
space around them with their first touch.
