Fundraiser Ideas
120 PER PLAYER
MULLIGANS
Sold prior to tee off, usually in the range of $20 per
team. We recommend allowing one mulligan per player
for items such as an extra drive, putt, etc.
HONEY POT 50/50
Cash prizes to a winning team based on net or gross
scores. The winning team receives 50% of the prize
pool; the other 50% goes to your charity.

Policies and Procedures
CONFIRMATION OF DATE & NUMBERS
A $200 deposit is required to confirm a tournament. Refunds will only be granted 10 prior to the tournament or if
the course is deemed unplayable by Riverbend Golf & CC Management.
Final numbers for golfers and meals is required 7 days prior to the event. Tournament will be charged based on
these numbers.
TEE TIMES
Tee times are 7 minutes apart. Shotgun start is available for tournament with 60+ golfers.
INDIVIDUAL & TOURNAMNET TABS
Riverbend allows individual and group tabs, provided they are accompanied by a Visa, MasterCard or Amex
imprint.
BEVERAGE SERVICE
Riverbend Golf & CC offers alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in our lounge, and on our course concession
cart. Any outside alcohol is not permitted and will be confiscated; offenders will be asked to leave the premises. All
Alberta Liquor and Gaming regulations apply.
POWER CARTS
Power carts and range balls are included in Tournament Packages.
PROXIMITY MARKERS
Proximity markers are available at no charge please advise clubhouse of your requirements.
CAMPING
Unserviced sites are available on a first-come first serve basis.
CONTESTS & SPONSORED HOLES
All contest and special hole setups must be approved by Riverbend Golf & CC Management. All food and
beverages on the course must be purchased from Riverbend Golf & CC.
PAYMENT
Final payment is expected immediately following the event. However, arrangements can be made for billing.
Tournaments will be billed for number of players booked and are responsible for payment of no shows. G.S.T. and
gratuity of 15% (on food & beverage) will be charged to final bill.
