Spring Season
HFFL is mostly focused on the fundamentals of the game. Players will learn the basics of football as well as
practicing speed and agility drills. Teams will be formed & games will be scheduled.
**Girls are encouraged to join. A separate girl’s league will be formed if the numbers dictate it. **
