Daily Schedule
7:30am-8:00am – Arrival and free play
8:00am-8:10am – Clean up time
8:10am-8:20am – Bathroom routine and washing hands
8:20am-8:50am – Snack time
8:50am-9:00am – Transition to outdoor play
9:00am- 10:00am – Outdoor Play (Shorten or extend outdoor playtime as needed due
to weather or children’s temperament)
10:00am-10:10am – Transition back indoors (Washroom then proceed to pre-set art
tables)
10:10am-10:40am – Group art/science
10:40am-10:50am – Group art/science clean up and transition to circle
10:50am-11:15am – Circle (Length of time for circle will vary daily depending on the
children’s interest and attention span)
11:15am-11:30am – Transition to lunch
11:30am-12:15pm – Lunch time
12:15pm-12:30pm – Transition to nap/quiet time
12:30pm-2:30pm – Nap/quiet time (Small group activities for those who do not need
the full rest time, Teacher breaks and prep time)
2:30pm-3:00pm – Free Play time
3:00pm-3:10pm – Washroom and transition to snack time
3:10pm-3:40pm – Afternoon snack
3:40m- 4:10m – Music/Dance/Yoga/Specialty art class
4:10pm-4:20pm – Transition to outdoor play
4:20pm-5:00pm – Outdoor play
5:00pm-5:30pm- Free Play and closing routine
