innings pitched, one pitch thrown constitutes an inning pitched. The “pitching card/game form” will be
tracked and recorded by the home team. The ”pitching card/ game form” must be completely filled out
and signed by both coaches upon the completion of said game. All records once signed are official
documents. ***The winning team is responsible for handing in the “pitching card/game form” to the
tournament directors table. FAILURE TO DO THIS COULD RESULT IN A FORFEIT. ***
• Courtesy runners allowed for pitchers and catchers. The courtesy runner is the last recorded out.
• Base runners must avoid violent or malicious contact during tournament play! (this means no high

• There are no protests.
• Flip for home team. Home team MUST keep the “official book” and the “pitching card/game form”.
The results will be posted by the tournament director after each game. Once posted, it is final. It is also

starts the higher seeded team is the home team.
• The head coach is responsible for the behavior of his team, coaches, parents, and fans.
• The umpires are in charge of the game. Excessive arguing or abuse will not be tolerated. The umpire’s
decision on any judgment call is final.
• Please trade lineups fifteen (15) minutes before game time.
• Ejection of a player or coach will result in suspension for the remainder of that game and the next
scheduled game. This will be removal from the game site. Any second offense will result in being banned
from the complex for the remainder of the tournament.
• Ties for seeding purposes will be broken in the following order. Record, head to head play, runs
allowed, runs scored, and flip of the coin.

international tiebreaker format. (The last recorded out from the previous inning will be placed on 2nd
base with no outs.)
