o Click on the Average Referrals per Day per Month Graph from
the SWIS dashboard (top graph)
o On the left, select the current School Year
o Select ‘Major’ as Referral Type
o Optional: check ‘Show National Data on Graph’ and ‘Show
Values on the Graph’
o Click the blue ‘Generate’ button

o
Go to School and District Reports
o
Select Status Report from the middle column
o
Scope: School
o
Year: Select desired school year
o
Color: Black and white
o
School: Select desired school and click ‘Submit’
o
Breakdown by: Measure and click ‘Submit’
o
Grade: Select desired grade and click ‘Submit’
o
Click on the link to ‘Download Report’

Select Start Date as first day of the school year (or first day after your
last data pull) and end date as today.
Select ‘Major’ as Referral Type
Select ‘Frequency’ as the Sort Order
Optional: check ‘Show Additional Behaviors on the Graph,’ ‘Show
Values on the Graph,’ ‘Only Show Problem Behaviors with Data’
Click the blue ‘Generate’ button
