Pegi
The Pan-European Game Information (PEGI) age rating
system was established to help European parents make
informed decisions on buying computer games.
Pegi marking of games is based on what can be
found in them and what the recommended age
of their users is.
Censorship in

a sports game EA SPORTS MMA was banned, but not because of
the prevailing violence there but the advertising of energy drinks.
Germany despite censoring games sometimes bans them:
Controversy
In 2002 Greece banned computer games. After that
gaming in public places could be punished with
imprisonment. The European Union did not support the
actions of Greece and accused it of violating civil rights.
Three years later the European Commission sued the Greek
Government and since then the ban has been suspended.
