airborne woodbridge COMPETITIVE TEAM Congratulations! Our competitive season is about to begin in September and we’re still looking to fill up a couple of spots on our team. As a successful competitive team, we consistently have an open door policy for up and coming new talent and potential. That being said, we would like to extend the opportunity for your child to attend a private try-out and see if they have what it takes to take trampolining to the competitive level. With prior experience at the recreational level, along with desire, ambition, and determination not only can your child make Airborne’s team but also take it to heights never thought possible. The trampoline was once just a progressional tool for gymnastics. It has grown in popularity to the point that it is now an Olympic event. Canadians have been quite successful earning multiple medals at the 2000, 2004, 2008, and 2012 Olympic Games. World record holder for degree of difficulty in a trampoline routine, Jason Burnett, was Canada’s silver medallist in the Beijing Olympic Games and interestingly enough he began his journey to the top, right here, at Airborne Woodbridge. As Airborne has moved into its new building with a much higher ceiling height and the pursuance of a national team, this can be the start of a very prosperous future for your child as well. If the world of trampolining has intrigued you and your child to the competitive level, then you must register to arrange a private try-out. Please call or visit us to set up a try out date. You can even E-mail us at [email protected]. Include all your contact information and a brief message stating your intention to try-out for Airborne’s Competitive Team. If you have any inquiries or concerns, please contact the head coach, Raul Patasan. Call or E-mail Now to Arrange a Try-out Date!
