Cornersville HS Soccer Camp
Mon-Wed, 8am to 11am & 6pm to 8pm each day:
$155 per player
Camp: Campers should report to the School Soccer field around 15 minutes before the session begins.
What to Bring: Each camper should have the use of a soccer ball for camp. Campers may bring their own soccer ball or
borrow one for the camp. Campers should make their own lunch time arrangements. Sun screen, shin guards, outdoor
soccer shoes and sneakers are also recommended.
Staff: Adrian Blewitt, Head Women’s soccer coach at NCAA D1, University of Arkansas at Little Rock brings his Golden
Touch Soccer Camp to Cornersville for the 8th year in a row. A 23 year veteran in the college coaching game, Blewitt has
over 230 wins and has won 7 championships in the last 14 years at different schools. Golden Touch Soccer Camps began in
1999 and has consisted of over 70 camps in 12 states with thousands of campers having learned the great game, the
Golden Touch Way. A great mix of technical and tactical coaching along with a fun and humorous coaching staff provide a
superb experience for all to enjoy!

Camp Waiver Information
In case of injury to my child, I/we likewise waive the right to the extent not covered by liability insurance, any claim against person
working the camp, for Golden Touch Soccer Camps and its employees, students, and trustees. I/we likewise hereby authorize any
medical treatment which the directors of the showcase/camp deem necessary in any emergency situation. The soccer player is currently
covered by personal insurance. I/we believe that our child is physically fit to participate in said showcase/camp.
Please list below any medical issues or conditions that the coaching staff may need to know of in the event of care and treatment of
athletic injuries.
