“POKER PARTY” PROMOTION
Promotion Period:
Hollywood Casino St. Louis promotion will run from 8:00 a.m. Monday, December 8, through 5:59 a.m. on Monday, January
5, 2015. The drawing will take place Sunday, January 11, 2015 starting at 1pm and approximately every 15 minutes after
until 5:30 pm. Final Drawing will be at 5:30 pm.
Eligibility:
• Live Poker players receive one entry for every 4 hours played, and may receive one additional entry for every two
hours played above the four hours. Live Poker players also earn additional entries based on weekly play:
• 6:00 am each Monday through 5:59 a.m. on the following Monday, live poker players will earn one additional entry for
20 hours of play, and one additional entry for each five hours of rated play up to forty hours or four entries earned.
• Entries will be tracked though the poker room gaming system and issued to the player beginning on Thursday, January
8 at 8:00 am and continuing until the last drawing on Sunday, January 11, 2015.
• Invited Marquee Rewards members may drop their entries into the promotional barrel starting at 12:00pm Sunday,
January 11, 2015.
• Must be a member of the Marquee Rewards program.
• Must be 21 years of age or older to obtain a Marquee Rewards card.
• Any Marquee Rewards member that would like a free entry may see the Players Club during the promotional period to
receive the free entry. One (1) free entry per Marquee Rewards member during the promotional period.
• Must be present to win. The names of the winners will be announced over the public address system. The selected
winners will have five (5) minutes to report to the designated promotional area. Otherwise they forfeit their prize and
alternates will be drawn every five (5) minutes until a winner claims. Winners will be asked at the time of winning if
they would prefer the cash option or the gift. After all drawings are complete, Hollywood Casino staff will place the
order for the gift to arrive at a later date.
General Rules:
• No purchase is necessary to participate in this promotion. All participants must have a Marquee Rewards card.
The Marquee Rewards card is free and may be obtained by presenting a valid, state-issued ID at the Players Club.
Use of the Marquee Rewards card indicates acceptance of these Official Rules. Participation in this promotion is in
agreement to abide by the rules of this promotion.
• Persons who have been evicted from any Penn National Gaming, Inc. casino or those who have entered into a selfexclusion program or who have been entered into a state exclusion program in a state where a Marquee Rewards
subsidiary of Penn National Gaming, Inc. operates and is connected to the Marquee Rewards Universe will not be
eligible to participate.
• Any dispute or situation not covered by the above rules will be resolved by Management in a manner deemed by them
the fairest to all concerned. That decision shall be final and binding on all participants. In addition, Hollywood Casino
St. Louis reserves the right to change, modify or cancel this program at any time, and void any entry.
• Promotion is subject to all applicable federal and state rules and regulations, including gaming, and all aspects of the
promotion are subject to approval by the appropriate regulatory authorities and are void where prohibited. Winners are
responsible for any and all taxes (income or sales) and other government-imposed fees. Each winner must present
valid photo identification and their Marquee Rewards card to claim their prize. All winning participants agree to
complete all forms including but not limited to the Winner’s Affidavit and Release Form, required to transfer control and
title of the prize to the winner. This shall include request from Hollywood for identification information (including but
not limited to name, address, date of birth and social security number).
• Penn National Gaming, Inc. assumes no responsibility or liability for incorrect information in the database, incorrect
mail, failure to pick up mail, or any consequential damages arising therefrom, including but not limited to, forfeiture of
prizes. In the event a cancellation of the event is necessary, guests will be notified either in writing, phone call, e-mail
or on property signage, whichever is deemed the most efficient method at the time of the cancellation.
