Win a 365 Day Cinema Pass or One of Fifty Double Passes
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry.
2. Entrants must become a website member (full name, age, address, date of birth, contact phone number and
create log in details) via the website specified below.
3. Employees of Metro Cinemas Lake Haven, the promoter, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
Only one entry per person is permitted. All duplicate entries will be removed prior to the prize draw.
4. Promotion commences Monday 06 October 2014 and closes at 12PM AEST Monday 22 December 2014.
Promotion will be via Flyer.
5. There are 1 major prize and 50 minor prizes to be won.
(a) The major prize is a 365 day movie pass for any standard movie screening at Metro Cinemas Lake Haven,
valued at up to $4,562.50 (inc GST) (calculated as 365 days x $12.50 tickets).
(b) The minor prize is a double movie pass to any standard movie screening at Metro Lake Haven, valued at $32
(incl. GST) (“minor prize”).There are 50 prizes to be given away to entrants of the competition.
6. The draw will take place at 12PM, Monday 22 December, at 70 Chelmsford Road Lake Haven NSW 2263. All
winners will be notified by email. Winners will be drawn at random by computer generated selection.
7. The cinema tickets are also subject to terms and conditions of use which are prescribed by the Metro Cinemas
Lake Haven and specified with the tickets.
8. To be eligible to win, entrants become a website member (full name, age, address, date of birth, contact phone
number and create log in details) via the www.metrocinemas.com.au
9. Each prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other prizes. Prize value is
recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and is correct at time of printing. The Promoter accepts no
responsibility for any variation in prize value.
10. The promoter may conduct further draws at the same time and place as the original draw as is necessary on,
in order to distribute a prize if unclaimed by that date
11. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time
stipulated by the promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be
awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
12. All entries become the property of the Promoter and will be entered into a database. The promoter may use
the entrants' names, addresses and telephone numbers for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes
in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid unless otherwise advised by the entrant.
13. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not
limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any
prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
