Purchasing a show T-shirt is not required for Top Guns and Teams, since they do not wear the shirt in the show. You may
order a shirt for $15, just turn in your order by Wednesday, May 3rd at Noon! If you can’t return the form, send us an e-mail
and we will charge your account: [email protected]
All Spectators must have a show ticket. Parents can buy a “team ticket” for $6 that will get you into all of your child’s
shows.
Lost Ticket Policy: you may pick up your tickets the week before the show. Lost tickets will not be replaced, you will need to
buy a new ticket. However, if you find your original tickets you may return them for a credit to your account.
Make sure your child’s belongings are in a gym bag and that everything is clearly marked, especially if your child is in a
group with costume changes, or is performing with multiple groups. Airborne is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If your child is scheduled for two shows on one day, you may drop her off at Airborne with a snack and she can stay straight
through the second show. Our staff will supervise Top Gun Pinks, and loosely supervise older Top Guns and team members.

Ø We have two rehearsals, Thursday, May 18th from 6:45pm-7:45pm and Friday, May 19th from 5:30pm-6:30pm.
If your child has practice during either of the above times, she will rehearse during practice. If your child cannot
make their scheduled rehearsal, she may come to the other one.
Ø Every show will also showcase our Ninja Zone, TumbleBee & GymStar class students! This will be a great show for
all.
Ø Top Guns and JO Levels Shooting Stars, 3&4 will wear special-ordered leotards for the show. Gymnasts will also
wear these leotards for summer performances. This will be charged to your account with May billing.
Show Package:
Matching show leotards have been ordered for each of these levels. Your show package is $45, which includes a
leotard and 2 tickets to the show. Your account will be charged with May billing. If you will not be here for the
show, or would like to delay payment, please contact [email protected] Please note that these leotards will be
used throughout the summer for performances around town. (Also, the girls love to have matching Airborne leos!)
Use the order form below to order a show shirt. This is not required, team and Top Gun students do not wear the shirt
in the show. You must order your shirt by Noon on Wednesday, May 3rd.
Show Leotards:
We ordered extras in each size, because some kids grow a lot this time of year! We will have the girls try on their
leotards during practice when they pick them up. We will give them the one we feel fits best with a little room to
grow. The girls may not wear baggy leotards for the show. If you think we gave your daughter the wrong size
leotard, please leave the tags on and bring it back to your next practice. The coaches will look at the leotard with you,
and decide if we can switch your daughter to a larger size. Leotards that have been worn or had the tags removed
will not be exchanged.
We are also ordering coordinating shorts for the leotards. These will be available in the store when the leotards
arrive. Athletes will not be wearing shorts for the show.
