Promotion Name: Nestlé Professional General E-Bike Winter Promotion (“The Promotion”)
Entry Method: To enter, entrants must during the Promotional Period:
(i)
Go to a participating store that is displaying the point of sale promotional material;
(ii)Purchase any NESCAFÉ 500g, MILO 1.9Kg, HIGHLANDER 2.6Kg or any MAGGI product or any EASY ICE BLENDS product (“Eligible Purchase”);
(iii)Your purchase will be placed into the draw for every purchase of an Eligible Purchase received;
(iv) The Promoter will conduct a draw from all eligible entrants into the Promotion to determine a major prize winner.
Prize
Type: Major Prize. No. Available: 1. Details: The prize will consist of the following: Magnum Mi5 Electric Bike; A Helmet. Value: $ 2,500.00
The Prize will be awarded to the owner of the business registered at entry and not to the individual who made the purchase on behalf of the Nestlé Professional customer.
Value of Prize Pool: Up to $ 2,500.00
Conditions of prize: As per conditions of entry. Prizes are not transferable & cannot be converted to cash.
Prize Winner Notification: Major Prize Winners will be notified by either telephone or email or post by 5.00pm at 14 August 2017.
Prize Winner Publication Details: The first name and suburb of the Major and Minor Prize Winners will be published on www.nestle.co.nz/productnewscompetitions/winners by 28 August 2017.
Prize Claim Date: The prize must be claimed by 25 September 2017 at 5.00pm. If the prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date, the prize will be forfeited and the Promoter may determine an alternative winner.
Re-Draw, Prize Winner Notification and Publication Details: The Promoter will conduct a further draw (within 4 weeks of initial draw) to determine prize winner at the Nestlé Professional Head Office on 7 September 2017. The
draw is manual.
Special Conditions
Liability: The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using
the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Inability to accept prize: In the event that a prize winner is from a public department or business that has a policy that does not allow the winner to take receipt of or use the prize, then the prize may be given as a donation to a
registered charity of the winner’s choice provided the Promoter receives the request in writing within one week of the winner being notified that they have won a prize.
