Internet Access
Welcome to Wealth Management Online
Wealth Management Online provides access to your investment portfolio 24/7. The minimum
browser versions currently supported are
 IE 11.0  Chrome 27.0
 FireFox 25.0.1
 Safari (Mac) 6.05
 Opera 17.0
Wealth Management Online’s optimal viewing resolution is either 800x600 pixels or 1024x768 pixels
with at least 32,768 colors. However, Wealth Management Online style sheets and fonts are
developed to minimize the impact of high resolutions and changes in browser or desktop fonts.
Data transmission security is via SSL (Secure Socket Layer).
PLEASE REVIEW YOUR SETTINGS AND CHANGE THEM ACCORDINGLY TO ENSURE THE
INFORMATION DISPLAYS CORRECTLY.
Note: As of 1/1/2016, Microsoft no longer provides support of Internet Explorer (IE) browser
versions lower than IE 11. Microsoft only supports Internet Explorer 11 (IE11), and Edge (the new
MS browser on Windows10).
Given the importance and sensitivity of the confidential financial information delivered via
AddVantage and Wealth Management Online; and to maintain the security and stability provided by
supported MS browsers, all IE users should now be using no lower than version IE11.
While IE 9 & 10 may continue to function for some time on new Wealth Management Online, it is
strongly recommended that Wealth Management Online users upgrade to the latest version of
Microsoft browser.

Internet Explorer Browser Settings
Open your browser and select the following settings:
Recommended minimum IE Version 11 with the following settings:
Click on the “COG” and then click on “Internet Options”.
Under General Tab, Browsing history click the box “Delete browsing history on exit”.
Then click “Apply” on the bottom right of the window. This will clear your browsing history.

In the same Browsing history section, click the Delete button and the “Delete Browsing History”
window will appear. Check the boxes as seen below and then close window.
Click “OK” on the Internet Options window to save these changes.

Under Security, click on the Trusted Sites checkmark.

Accessing Your Portfolio via the Cambridge
Trust Company Web Site
1. Go to: www.cambridgetrust.com
2. At top right, under Log In to Your Account, choose Wealth Management from the
dropdown menu
3. Click Log In
4. You will be directed to another page and prompted to enter your User ID (follow instructions
beginning on page 8)

INITIAL LOGIN PROCEDURES:
Enter your User ID and click Proceed.
You will then be prompted to enter your ‘initial’ password. Enter and click “Sign In”.

The next screen will prompt you for your old/newly assigned password and then for a new password*.
Click on the Change Password button once you have entered the information.
*Cambridge Trust has defined the formatting of your password to be as follows:
Passwords must be a minimum of 8 characters in length and include at least one character from
each of these three categories: alpha, numeric and special characters (ie- dash, exclamation point,
etc.).

You must choose an image, which will become part of your login process from this point forward.
Your login to Cambridge Trust’s site will always display this image so you can verify that you are on
the authentic Cambridge Trust Wealth Management Online login screen and not re-directed to
another site.
Next enter a personalized caption that you will remember. This is part of your unique identifier.
Click on Save.

The next step is to choose three (3) Challenge Questions. You may choose from the dropdown
list or make up your own question(s). Click on the +Add button to select your first question.
At this point, you can choose from the Challenge Question drop down list or you can click on the
“Add My Own Question” button and add your question. Enter an answer (your answers are case
sensitive, just like your password) and click on Save.

Proceed through the second question using the same selection criteria as the first question.
Next is the third question and here we have chosen to add our own question. Click on the “Add My
Own Question” button under the Question Option. Enter the question in the box next to Challenge
Question and enter your answer. Proceed with saving as you did on the first two questions.

SUBSEQUENT LOGON INSTRUCTIONS:
After entering the URL or selecting “Wealth Management” under “Log Into Your Account” from the
Cambridge Trust Company site, you enter the Wealth Management Online login page. Enter your
User ID and click on Proceed.
After entering your User ID, the next screen will display your image and the caption you have
chosen. You will have an opportunity to make a couple of time saving choices.

You can choose to have Wealth Management Online remember your User ID Use the Desktop Registration to acknowledge that this is the computer you use regularly, and you will not have to answer a challenge question each time. PAGE: 13

UNREGISTER ACCOUNT
To avoid answering a challenge question, you might have registered a PC or Laptop that you use to
access your account(s) on a regular basis. Should you purchase a new PC or need to change PC’s
you can unregister the old PC via User Option once you log in.

System Navigation
A report/activity tab line displays with every view. Each tab represents a different group of reports
or specific actions you may view. When accessing a specific report, you can click on any underlined
word or phrase and "drill down" to a more detailed level of information. Refer to on-line help to
learn more about each area.
The Wealth Management Online Reports are displayed across
the top of your screen via a tab structure. The tabs in the top
line group information into major categories. There are “drilldown” features within the reports under each Tab.

Downloading and Printing
Capabilities
The ability to print and download data as of a certain date and on a trade or settlement basis is
available on each report view. If a report is too large for display on one page, the data presents on
multiple pages. You can move between pages by clicking NEXT, PREVIOUS, or entering a specific
page number. To see all pages of information on one continuous screen, click on the VIEW ALL
button. You will then need to use the scroll button to view all of the information.

The EXCEL spreadsheet will display. You may have to adjust the columns to display data correctly.
Downloading Information
Clicking on the File Download Tab will provide the choice of download formats:
Excel, Comma Delimited, Semi Colon Delimited, Tab Delimited and Fixed Length.

You can select the view (Trade Date* or Settled Date*), Data to Export, Date.
Choose data under “Available Data Elements” and account(s) under “Available Accounts.” To select,
click “Add.” To download the file, click “Submit” (bottom right).
These download parameters can also be saved for future use by clicking “Save Template.” Saved
Templates are available under the dropdown labeled My Template on the top right of this “File
Download” screen.
* Trade Date = Security transactions (trades) are reflected on date of contract or date entered into
transaction
* Settled Date = Security transactions (trades) are reflected on date of transaction settlement, as in
when the money from the transaction arrives in your account

Click on the print icon to print the report as viewed on the page.

Trust Report Views
Once your User ID and Password are verified, you are presented with Accounts, Investment
Summary or Holdings View. If you have access to more than one account, a dropdown box
provides a list of the accounts to which you have access. The ten accounts you have used most
recently list first. You may add accounts to this list via the Look Up button. To access additional
accounts, click on the account you wish to view and the account information displays.

Cash Projection Reports
The Cash Projection Reports provide the ability to preview an accounts projected cash transaction
activity. The number of days to project can be from 1-99, with the more accurate and best data
pulled when viewing 7 days out. The types of activity reported are:
Receipts
 SMAC sell – Represents a completed trade
 Completed sell and block sell orders
 Miscellaneous asset sells – Represents mutual fund trades
 Maturities occurring within the date range
 Dividends/ return of capital
 Interest
 Principal distributions
 Mortgage backed security payments
 Miscellaneous receipts – Recurring receipts such as social security, pension
payments, etc.
 Interest from trade transactions
 Receipts from account transfers generated
Disbursements
 Buys
 Completed buys or block buy
 Trade orders in a completed status
 Miscellaneous asset buys – Mutual fund trades
 Fixed dollar remittances
 Estimated federal tax payments

Web Statements
To view your Web Statements, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer.
Once you have logged onto Wealth Management Online, click on My Reports.
The Web Statements generated for your account(s) display by date range. Click on the statement
you wish to view. The system opens an Adobe window to display the statement.
Statement retention period on Wealth Management Online is for 18 months for monthly
statements, and 24 months for quarterly and annual statements.
Note: Statements are only available if you have requested this feature from your Cambridge Trust
advisor.

User Options
Change Password Option
Should you wish to change your password, click on User Options and select “Change Password”.
This is the option you will use when your password is about to expire, which is every 90 days.
Changes made here take effect next time you log in.

Wealth Management Online provides the capability to form a GROUP list of accounts. Example: If
you are a financial advisor and wish to establish a Group of accounts belonging to a specific Family,
Use the Account Group feature to perform this task. You create the Group ID beginning with G
followed by 5 numbers, along with a Group Name and Description. Look up accounts by Account
Name or Account Number, then click “Find.” To add accounts to your Group list, click on the name
under “Available Accounts” and click “Add.” When all accounts reflect under “Assigned Accounts,”
click “Submit” (bottom right) to create your Group list.

On-Line Help
After your system login is complete, access the "Help" area located on the top right of the screen.
The following view displays.
Click on the Help button in the upper right hand corner of the screen to access Online Help.
Click on any of the links to go
directly to that topic.
Click on any of the hyperlink topics (for example, User Options), the information regarding that
topic (User Options) is displayed. The “Help” area includes complete instructions for using all areas
of the webiste. To exit the "Help" area, click on the "X" button in the upper right hand corner of the
screen.
Please review this information thoroughly prior to using Wealth Management Online in order to take full
advantage of all the features.

Officer. You can find this contact information by clicking the CONTACT US link on the top of the
screen. A response to your inquiry will be provided during Cambridge Trust’s normal business
hours.

Forgot Password
If you forgot your password, you may click on the “Forgot Password?” link. You will be prompted to
enter your User ID or email address as shown below. Click on Proceed.
You will then be asked one of the challenge questions you created at your initial log-in. Remember
that your challenge phrase is case sensitive.
The system will generate a new password for you. This password will be sent to the registered email
address within the Wealth Management Online system. Note: Because these passwords are a mix
of letters, numbers and special characters, it is best to cut/paste the new password from the email.
You will need to go back to the initial log in page and enter your temporary password. You will then
be prompted to change your password.
