CONDITIONS
1.
A marketing agent shall use transport and crates labeled as per the Authorityguidelines
2.
A marketing agent shall only pick produce from sources declared in section (5) above
3.
A marketing agent shall not return produce collected from the farmers contrary to the
contract.
4.
A marketing agent shall observe the opening and closing dates for harvesting of crops as
published by the Authority from time to time
5.
A marketing agent shall display identification tag to HCD inspectors whenever requested
6.
A marketing agent shall be contracted with a registered dealer (exporter, importer,
processor, shipchandler or a retail outlet) and shall be confined to a single dealer per
contract period.
7.
A marketing agent shall fully comply with HCDA Legal Notice No. 190 of 2011.
