GUIDELINES
The invitation to participate is open to HIV/AIDS and MSM NGO’s
from Lithuania, Estonia, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Germany, Poland and Latvia –
Baltic sea Region countries:









only NGO’s may apply;
each organisation submits an application with 3 participants;
each organisation shall prepare a 10 - 15 minute presentation about the state of
HIV/AIDS affected MSM, problems/issues in their country, co-operation with society and
the government health/welfare system;
the application form is available at www.agihas.lv;
the application form must be fully completed (late or incomplete applications will not
be accepted;
the cost of participation at the conference will be fully covered by AGIHAS (i.e.,
accommodation, meals and Riga excursions);
AGIHAS will NOT cover the travel costs to/from Riga;
AGIHAS will NOT cover the insurance costs;

COMPLETING YOUR APPLICATION
Applications open: Monday, 8th February, 2016
Applications close: Sunday, 23rd March, 2016 (Midnight, Latvian time)
Results: will be notified electronically and approved applicants will receive a detailed
programme by 21st March, 2016.
N.B.: Organisations which receive a confirmation to attend, but fail to do so, will receive a
penalty invoice for EUR 600, as well as information being sent to ViiV Healthcare as to the
organisation’s unreliability.
