GAME RESCHEDULING PROCEDURES 2015:
Attention All Coaches Division 2 – 5:
To Reschedule NWBSA Games, please follow the below procedures. All correspondence
needs to be sent to the below email Address as well.
Make-up Fields: RSA has MACFARRAN Fields Available As Follows:


Tuesday and Thursday Nights 6:00 OR 7:30 START TIMES.
Sunday Nights at 5:30 and 7:00pm
THE HOME AND AWAY COACHES SHOULD PICK TWO PROBABLE DATES/TIMES AND
SUBMIT THAT INFORMATION WITH THE BELOW REQUIRED:
TO RESCHEDULE A GAME, RSA REQUIRES THE FOLLOWING INFO FROM THE NWSA
SCHEDULE:
 ORIGINAL GAME #
 ORIGINAL DATE
 NAME OF TEAM ASKING FOR RESCHEDULE
 NAME OF OPPOSING TEAM
 REASON FOR RESCHEDULE
BASED UPON AVAILABILITY, RSA WILL THEN ASSIGN A FINAL DATE AND PROVIDE THE
HOME COACH WITH A DEFINITE DATE FOR MAKE-UP. HE/SHE WILL CONTACT THE
AWAY COACH TO CONFIRM NEW DATE/TIME.
Once Dates have been confirmed I will then ensure that both the NWBSA and RSA
Websites are updated to reflect the new game information as well as Proceed to Assign
Game Referees.
Coaches: DO NOT UPDATE THE GAME ON YOUR TEAMWALL AS THIS WILL
CAUSE A DUPLICATION OF SCHEDULES ON THE RSA SITE.
