HOW TO WIN:
1. Prior to the each Jacksonville Jaguars (“Jaguars”) home game, visit any Dream Finders Homes sales center in any of their neighborhoods in
Northeast Florida and take a tour with a sales counselor (visit www.DreamFindersHomes.com for community locations).
2. Register on an official Take It To The House paper registration form at a Dream Finders Homes Sales Center. Limit one entry per person. Alternate
Means of Entry: Submit a postcard with your name, email, phone number, and address to: Dream Finders Homes, Attn: Jenn Stewart, 360
Corporate Way, Orange Park, FL 32073
Postcards must be received by Dream Finders Homes within 7 days prior to the Game Date to be considered for the drawing for such game.
3. Prior to each Jaguars home game one lucky winner will receive a Family-Four Pack including 4 pre-game sideline passes, 4 tickets to the next home
game and a parking pass (the ticket locations and parking lot will be determined by Sponsor). Approximate Retail Value of each Family Four Pack =
$275
4. The first three times during a punt return where the Jaguars receive the ball, if the Jaguars player who receives the ball returns it in for a penaltyfree touchdown the lucky winner also wins a credit towards a NEW Dream Finders home. Only three people will be selected to win. Each winner
will receive a $100,000 credit towards a Dream Finders Home, offering the potential of three promotion winners for the season.
5. Ticket winners will be notified by phone no later than 5 pm on Wednesday prior to the next designated home game day.

OFFICIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR PRIZE PAYMENTS AND OFFICIAL PROMOTION RULES:
a. If an eligible player on the Jacksonville Jaguars Return Team receives and returns a penalty-free punt for a touchdown at a Designation Game and
there is compliance with the terms of the Official Requirements and Official Promotion Rules, then Dream Finders Homes will provide winner the
prize amount of a $100,000 credit towards a new Dream Finders Home with a maximum of three winning occurrence possible per Designated
Game and a maximum of one winning occurrences possible throughout the entire Promotion.
b. A ticket winner is only eligible for the chance to win the $100,000 credit towards a new Dream Finders Home at the one eligible home game dated
on their winning tickets received from Dream Finders Homes.
c. A touchdown scored by the kicking team on a kickoff is ineligible and will not be considered for a prize payment.
d. The total number of Designation Games must not exceed: seven (7).
e. To count as a successful qualifying play, the play must be recorded as an official NFL statistic. A punt return nullified by a penalty will be ineligible
and will not be considered for prize payment.
f. A re-kick, due to a penalty by the kicking team will be eligible for prize payment.
g. If the event is canceled due to force majeure which prevents the conducting of the event, winner’s eligibility will not be rescheduled.
h. Failure or disregard of any of the above shall relieve Dream Finders Homes of all liability hereunder and no prize will be awarded.
OFFICIAL PROMOTION RULES:
a. Employees, agents, successors, and assignees of Dream Finders Homes (known as the Sponsor), The National Football League, Jacksonville
Jaguars, LLC, their affiliates, their advertising agencies and promotional companies involved in this Promotion, as well as family and household
members of the same, shall be ineligible to participate in the Promotion and shall be ineligible for any prize covered herein. Eligibility to
participate in the Take it to the House Promotion or to win prizes is limited to persons who are 18 years of age or older as of August 1, 2016 and
legal residents of the state of Florida or Georgia.
b. Game tickets are nontransferable. The person registering for the Take it to the House Promotion must be in attendance at the Designated Game
to be eligible for a chance to win the $100,000 credit towards a new Dream Finders Home.
c. The credit towards a new Dream Finders Home is nontransferable. Winner is subject to lender qualification for the balance of a home’s value
exceeding the awarded amount. The credit towards a new Dream Finders Home will expire after 24 months from the date of the award of the
credit.
d. Names and likenesses of Promotion winner(s) may be used by Sponsor, Jacksonville Jaguars, LLC or their designee(s) for promotional purposes
without further compensation from Dream Finders Homes or Jacksonville Jaguars, LLC to the Promotion winner(s).
e. By submitting an entry in Promotion, each entrant hereby forever discharges, releases, and agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Dream
Finders Homes, The National Football League, Jacksonville Jaguars, LLC, those working on their behalf, and each of their respective officers,
members, managers, directors, representatives, employees, agents, successors and assigns, from any damage, injury, death, loss or other liability,
either at law or equity, whether known or unknown, asserted or non-asserted, that may arise from or in any way relate to participation in this
Promotion or the awarding, acceptance, use or misuse of any prize given out under the Promotion or any other substitute prize. Any and all
disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form
of class action.
f. This Promotion shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the internal laws of the State of Florida. Any action or litigation
concerning this Promotion shall (1) take place exclusively in the federal or state courts sitting in Duval County, Florida, and each entrant expressly
consents to the jurisdiction of and venue in such courts and waives all defenses of lack of jurisdiction and inconvenient forum with respect to such
courts; or (2) in Sponsor’s sole discretion, exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association
(“AAA”) and held at the AAA regional office nearest the entrant. If Sponsor elects arbitration pursuant to this Section 10, the Federal Arbitration
Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration and judgment upon such arbitration award may be
entered in any court having jurisdiction. Entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final,
and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these Official Rules. Each entrant agrees to service of process by mail or other method acceptable under
the laws of the State of Florida. ANY CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND/OR AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS ASSOCIATED
WITH ENTERING THIS PROMOTION. EACH ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ANY RIGHTS OR CLAIMS TO ATTORNEY'S FEES, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE,
INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ENTRANT, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR NOT AND WHETHER BASED ON NEGLIGENCE OR
OTHERWISE.
g. THE NFL ENTITIES WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH PARTICIPATION IN THE TAKE IT TO
THE HOUSE PROMOTION OR ANY BENEFITS AWARDED. THE NFL ENTITIES HAVE NOT OFFERED OR SPONSORED THIS CHALLENGE IN ANY WAY.
“NFL ENTITIES” SHALL MEAN COLLECTIVELY, NFL VENTURES, L.P., NFL VENTURES, INC., NFL PRODUCTIONS LLC, NFL ENTERPRISES LLC, NFL
PROPERTIES LLC, NFL INTERNATIONAL LLC, ALL OF THE NFL MEMBER CLUBS (EXCEPT THE CLUB), ANY SUCCESSOR OR FUTURE ENTITY THAT IS,
DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, JOINTLY OWNED AND/OR CONTROLLED BY ALL OR SUBSTANTIALLY ALL OF THE NFL MEMBER CLUBS, OR OWNS ASSETS
THAT PRODUCE REVENUES THAT ARE REQUIRED TO BE SHARED WITH OTHER NFL MEMBER CLUBS UNDER THE NFL CONSTITUTION (INCLUDING
ANY SUCH ENTITY CONTROLLED BY THE NFL MEMBER CLUBS AND THE CLUB COLLECTIVELY) AND EACH AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES,
SUBSIDIARIES, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS.
Dream Finders Homes, as the official sponsor of the Promotion, is responsible for any and all prize credits payable under the terms of the Official
Promotion Rules. Dream Finders Homes warrants that Official Promotional Rules comply with federal, state and local laws and regulation.
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.
