IMPORTANT RECITAL TICKETS INFORMATION! PLEASE READ CAREFULLY & THOROUGHLY!!!
Before being eligible to purchase tickets, all accounts must be PAID IN FULL.

To All Parents & Students
The excitement is really growing! Recital preparation is complete. Our shows will be held Saturday, May 20th at
12:00pm & 6:00pm at Tilles Center at C.W. Post College, Old Brookville. Dress rehearsal will be Thursday, May 18th (5pm
for the noon show & 7:15pm for the 6pm show). Please refer to the notice of December 2016 as to which you’re your
child/children are in. Information on tickets for our recitals is as follows: (1) All tickets are Reserved Seating (assigned
seats) and Non-Refundable; (2) You are not limited to the amount of tickets you may purchase; (3) If your
child/children are in different shows doing different dances, you may purchase the second show tickets at the same time.
ONLY if your child/children are in different shows doing different dances, your first 2 tickets & other child are
complementary and any additional tickets are ½ price for the additional show; (4) You may purchase tickets for any
additional show(s) your child/children are in only AFTER all families have purchased their tickets; (5) The price of the
tickets are $27.00 for all orchestra seats, $25.00 for side mezzanine and $23.00 for balcony seats; (7) Please specify if
you need handicap seating. There is a designated area reserved for wheelchairs. The price of wheelchair seats depends
on where in the theatre you are seated; center or side; (8) Tickets will go on sale the following way:
 Tickets will be sold Monday & Tuesday, April 17th & 18th from 4:00pm – 9:30pm. Tickets will be sold by
a lottery system. Each student’s name will be put in a box. We will pick out each name one-by-one. In that order
you will be designated a date & time. Please check the board or our website www.techniquesdancestudio.com
beginning Tuesday, March 28thfor your designated time. At that time, you will be able to come to the studio to
select your seats. If for some reason you or a person representing you can not make it to the studio at
that time, please fill out the attached form, attach a check or cash, deliver to the front desk and we
will select your seats for you at your designated time. If you do not show up at your time or leave us
instructions to select your seats, NO SEATS will be held for you that day!
PLEASE BE ON TIME FOR YOUR DESIGNATED TIME!
If everyone comes on time, this process will move very smoothly & timely with no wait.
Any extra tickets will go on sale starting May 1st. You may, at that time purchase any additional tickets you may
need for whichever show you want, as long as tickets are available. That means you must purchase your original tickets
before that date or forfeit the chance of seats. Before being eligible to purchase tickets, all accounts must be
PAID IN FULL. There will be no exceptions. Please check with the desk person before ticket sales as to your balance, if
any.
