Sweepstakes
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE
YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. The Sweepstakes
(“Sweepstakes") will give each entrant and who meets the requirements of Section 2 (“Entrant” or
“you”) the opportunity to be randomly selected (the “Submission”). The sponsor of this
Sweepstakes is the Jamaica Tourist Board, located at 64 Knutsford Boulevard, Kingston 5,
Jamaica (“Sponsor”).
By entering this Sweepstakes, you release the Jamaica Tourist Board of any and all liability. This
Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, our
partners. You are providing your information to Sponsor. Any questions, comments or complaints
regarding this Sweepstakes shall be directed to Sponsor.
The Sweepstakes will operate as follows:

Submission Period: The Submission Period begins on or about June 1, 2016 at 12:01 A.M.
Pacific Daylight Time (“PDT”) and ends on August 30 at 11:59 P.M. PDT (“Submission Period”).

Submission Review, Evaluation & Judging: Submissions will not be judged or
evaluated. Any Submission randomly selected will be reviewed to determine that it is valid.
·
Winner Notification: On or before September 15, 2016, the person whose Submission was
randomly selected and who otherwise qualifies pursuant to the Terms of these Rules will be
notified, according to Section 11 of the Official Rules.
2. ELIGIBILITY: To participate, Entrants must meet the following eligibility criteria and
affirmatively accept these Official Rules:

Entrant must NOT be under any contractual obligation that would conflict with this
Sweepstakes or the Official Rules;
·
Entrant must be an individual;
·
Entrant must be the rightful owner of the Submission and the Submission must fully comply
with these Official Rules;
·
Entrant must be a legal resident physically residing within the forty-eight (48) contiguous
United States or the District of Columbia. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, and where restricted or
prohibited by law;
·
Entrant must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of Sweepstakes
registration;
·
Entrant must NOT be an employee, owner, officer or director of Sponsor, or any other
person/company directly involved with the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”),
together with the Immediate Family Members and/or Household Members of such persons. For
purposes of the Sweepstakes, "Household Members" shall mean those people who share the
same residence at least three months a year; "Immediate Family Members" shall mean parents,
step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses; and
3. HOW TO ENTER: During the Submission Period, eligible Entrants can enter the Sweepstakes
by completing the online quiz and submitting their email address for entry. By making an Entry,
Sweepstakes Entrants will be automatically accepting these Official Rules. Online entry will not
be complete until Entrant has followed the on-screen prompts to complete and submit their
Submission according to the on-screen instructions.
4. NO SPONSORSHIP: Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by QZZR, Inc.
(“QZZR”), nor is QZZR associated with the Sweepstakes in any way. Any questions, comments
or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to the Sponsor. By entering the
Sweepstakes, you understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsor, and not to
QZZR. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to
the Sponsor. By entering the Sweepstakes, you understand that you are providing your
information to the Sponsor, and not to QZZR.
5. RANDOM DRAWING AND ODDS OF WINNING: A random drawing will be conducted on or
about September 15, 2016 from among all eligible entries received during the Submission
Period. The first drawn entry will be eligible for the Grand Prize. Odds of winning depend on the
number of eligible entries received. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel or
suspend this Sweepstakes should fraud, virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of
Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the game. In the event of
cancellation, Sponsor will randomly award the prize from among all eligible, non-suspect entries
received prior to cancellation.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND CONFIRMATION: The selected entrant will receive prize
notification via electronic mail, United States Postal Mail, overnight mail, and/or phone call using
the contact information provided at entry. To be confirmed a winner, the selected entrant must
respond to the notification within three (3) days from time of its delivery to confirm that the
notification has been received. The selected entrant may also be required to execute and return
within five (5) days a Declaration of Compliance with Official Rules and Liability Release/Consent
to Publicity Form (“Form”) releasing the Releasees as set out below, and consenting (except
where prohibited by law) to the use of the winner’s name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, city
and state or province of residence, and biographical information for any future promotional activity
related to the Sweepstakes, as set out below. US residents may also be required to submit a
Form W-9 within five (5) days of date of issuance. If a selected entrant cannot be contacted, does
not respond to the notification, is unable to answer the skill-testing question correctly within the
allowed time period, fails to return the Form and any other required documents within the
specified time period, or if the entrant is found to be not in compliance with these Official Rules or
declines acceptance of the prize for any reason, or if any document, prize or notification, is
returned as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, awarded to an
alternate entrant, subject to winner confirmation.
7. PRIZE:
GRAND PRIZE: There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won. The odds of winning the Grand
Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. The Grand Prize consists of 4 Night stay
at Moon Palace Jamaica Grande (the “Trip”). The Trip consists of three (4) nights; standard hotel
accommodations (one room, double occupancy) for three (4) nights at Moon Palace Jamaica
Grande. The Trip must be booked at least thirty (30) days prior to the intended travel dates.
Actual dates of hotel stay are subject to availability and certain other restrictions. Hotel stay may
not occur during blackout dates specified by participating hotel. Any difference between stated
value and actual value of the Grand Prize will not be awarded. The Trip must be taken before
September 31, 2017 or the Grand Prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate
entrant, and Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the original Grand Prize winner. Sponsor
reserves right to extend deadline for travel. Winner and guest must travel when required, together
on the same itinerary. Guest must be 21 years of age or older and must execute and return to
Sponsor within the specified time and prior to booking any travel a Form and, if applicable, must
complete a Form W-9 prior to issuance of travel documents. The winner and guest are
responsible for providing proper citizenship and travel documentation required for travel, which
may include passports, valid alien registration card and/or necessary visas, prior to booking. It is
recommended that the winner and guest obtain sufficient personal insurance prior to departure.
Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor or its agent, on an airline and at a hotel of
Sponsor’s choice. All applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial, and local taxes and all
other costs associated with acceptance and participation of the Grand Prize not specified
herein as being provided, including but not limited to additional ground transportation to
and from airports or for travel within destination area, meals, beverages, souvenirs, room
service, telephone calls, insurance, any overnight layover, and gratuities are the sole
responsibility of the winner and guest.
If Grand Prize winner elects to partake of any or all portions of his/her Grand Prize with no guest,
the Grand Prize will be awarded to the Grand Prize winner and any remainder of the Grand Prize
will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation. All elements of the
Grand Prize must be redeemed at the same time, and no changes will be permitted after
confirmation of any redemption. Specific travel dates and arrangements are subject to availability,
hotel and holiday blackout dates and to other Grand Prize and travel restrictions.
Total ARV of the Grand Prize: $3000 USD. The actual value of the prizes depends on market
conditions at time of fulfillment. Any difference between stated ARV and actual value of the Grand
Prize will not be awarded.
8. RIGHTS OF SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES/DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY: Sweepstakes Entities
shall have the right and sole discretion to refuse any Submission whatsoever, including, without
limitation any Submission which it finds to be in violation of the provisions hereof, does not fully
comply with all of Sweepstakes Entities requirements in connection with any and all legal
clearance issues, or which it finds in its sole discretion to be otherwise objectionable for any
reason. Sweepstakes Entities also reserve the right to replace the winning Submission with the
Submission of an alternate eligible Entrant in accordance with these Official Rules if such
Submission and/or Entrant is withdrawn from or removed from the Sweepstakes for any reason,
including without limitation, Entrant's failure to have documents executed as directed by the
Sweepstakes Entities. Sweepstakes Entities also reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to
adjust times and dates reflected in the Description Section of the Official Rules at any time and/or
to terminate the Sweepstakes for any reason in the event that there is an error, problem or cause
which impacts the operation, administration or security of the Sweepstakes or the Sweepstakes
Entities and, in such situation, to select the winner(s) from the eligible Entries received prior to the
action taken or in such manner as deemed fair and appropriate by Sweepstakes Entities. The
Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any materials provided by Entrants which are
deemed harmful or offensive to others or for any harm incurred as a result of the Submission
creation. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible in any way for any injury, loss or damage
which occurs as a result of an opinion expressed. The Sweepstakes Entities make no warranties,
express or implied, as to the content or the accuracy or reliability of any information or statements
contained in the Submission. All statements and opinions made by Entrants are those of such
Entrants only, and the Sweepstakes Entities neither endorse nor shall be held responsible for the
reliability or accuracy of same. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for the content or
practices of third party Web sites that may be linked to the Sweepstakes Website. This site may
also be linked to Web sites operated by companies affiliated with Sweepstakes Entities. Visitors
to those sites should refer to each site's separate privacy policies and practices.
9. RELEASE: By participating, each Entrant agrees that the Sweepstakes Entities, and each of
their respective agents, representatives, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising
and promotional agencies and prize suppliers and all entities involved in the production,
sponsorship and/or promotion of the prize, or any part thereof, including, without limitation, the
producers of Sponsor's programs, and each such company's respective employees,
shareholders, officers, legal advisors and directors, and each of these companies and individuals'
respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) are not
responsible or liable for, and shall be released and held harmless by Entrant from: (i) late, lost,
delayed, damaged, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, misdirected or otherwise undeliverable
mail, postage-due notices, release forms, affidavits or other correspondence; (ii) telephone,
electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures, or
difficulties of any kind; (iii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Released
Parties that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (iv) any printing, human,
typographical or other errors or ambiguities in (or involving) any materials associated with the
Sweepstakes; (v) any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and causes of action of any kind
arising in connection with or resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of
any prize; (vi) acceptance, possession, or use of any grant, including without limitation, personal
injury, death and property damage arising there from; and (vii) claims based on publicity rights,
defamation or invasion of privacy. Sweepstakes Entities reserve the right, in their sole discretion,
to suspend or cancel the Sweepstakes at any time for any reason, including, without limitation, if
a computer virus, bug or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper
conduct of the Sweepstakes, strikes, lock-outs, acts of God, technical difficulties, and other
events not within the reasonable control of Sweepstakes Entities. Sweepstakes Entities reserve
the right, at their sole discretion, to prohibit any Entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or
to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole determination, to be tampering with the entry
process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; to be attempting to undermine the legitimate
operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair practices; to be
acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in a disruptive manner, or with intent to
annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Sweepstakes Entities may suspend or
discontinue the Sweepstakes if, in their sole opinion, there is any actual or suspected tampering
of the Sweepstakes, or any other malfunction, event or activity that may affect the integrity of the
Sweepstakes. SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES SHALL NOT BE OBLIGATED TO AWARD ANY
PRIZE THAT RELATES TO OR ARISES OUT OF IMPROPER OR MISTAKEN PRIZE
NOTIFICATION, OPERATION OR FUNCTION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES.
10. INDEMNITY: Entrant shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties from
and against any and all liability, claims, loss, damage, injury or expense, including reasonable
attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with any third party claim or action arising out of or
in connection with (i) Entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes, (ii) a breach or allegation which if
true would constitute a breach, of any of Entrant's representations, warranties or obligations
herein, and/or (iii) acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation,
personal injury, death and property damage arising therefrom.
11. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Failure by the Sweepstakes Entities to enforce any provision of
these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. If any provision of
these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck, and the
remaining provisions shall be enforced.
12. WINNER’S LIST: For a list with the winner’s first name, surname initial and state or province
(available after January 15, 2015), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: 5201 Blue
Lagoon Drive, Suite 670, Miami, Florida, 33126 no later than January 21, 2015.
19. PRIVACY: Sponsor respects your right to privacy. By entering this Sweepstakes and
voluntarily providing your information you consent and agree to Sponsor’s collection and use of
your information to administer this Sweepstakes. Winners’ names may be listed in Sponsor’s
materials. Entrants will receive no marketing communications unless they consent. You may
revoke consent to Sponsor’s use of your information for marketing purposes at any time without
revoking your participation in Sweepstakes or impairing your chances of winning by following the
opt-out instructions described in our correspondence. Check out our privacy policy at Sponsor’s

20. RULES: This Sweepstakes will be run in accordance with these Official Rules, subject to
amendment by Sponsor and they shall govern in the event of any inconsistency with other
Sweepstakes-related materials.
