Criteria: date of the entry (first come, first play..). If the teams withdraw, the paid deposit will be equally shared with the Organising Committee and EUSA. Opening hours !  The menus should be geared towards the athletes’ nutritional requirement, and vegetarian meals must also be available upon request. Breakfast sufficient !  The dining halls must be able to cope with a sitting of 50% of the championship’s participants at any one time  Peak demand being anticipated according to playing schedules.
