Deadline General Entry forms - 3 months in advance
Payment of the deposit to EUSA:






Futsal, Handball, Football, Volleyball, Basketball, Rugby 7s, Bridge, Sailing: 1000 € / team
Beach-volleyball, Table tennis, Tennis, Badminton, Golf: 300 € / team
Karate, Rowing: no deposit
Clarification of payments, number of open places, communication with
»missing« countries, discussion with TD, OC, EC, etc…. - until 2 months
before the EUC
Information to the member federations regarding the situation on each
EUC and the number of open places is sent out (2 months in advance)
.The EUC is opened for second teams from each country until the
maximum number of teams is reached (entry form together with the
payment of the deposit). Criteria: date of the entry (first come, first play..).
If the teams withdraw, the paid deposit will be equally shared with the
Organising Committee and EUSA.

A host needs to provide the following:






the same standard of accommodation for all players
No more than 4 players per room, no more than 2
officials per room, single en suite rooms for EUSA
officials and VIPs
En suite bathroom facilities, if student residential
accommodation is being used, toilet and shower
facilities must be in a ratio of 1:6
Laundry facilities
Internet room
Info desk
CATERING

Breakfast, lunch and dinner to be taken within easy
distance of either the residential accommodation or of the
playing facility. Opening hours !

The menus should be geared towards the athletes’
nutritional requirement, and vegetarian meals must also be
available upon request. Breakfast sufficient !

The dining halls must be able to cope with a sitting of
50% of the championship’s participants at any one time

Peak demand being anticipated according to playing
schedules.

JUDGES AND REFEREES

Each country must bring at their own cost a referee of a
national level.
If not, the penalty of 1000 € has to be paid to the
Organising Committee.

The Organising Committee and the respective NUSA
must provide (in collaboration with the National Sports
Federations) one responsible specialist for the refereeing.
