* Cost of plaques and puzzles is subsidized by card orders, therefore
parents must have an minimum accompanying order of cards
You DO NOT PAY any up-front costs to begin the fundraiser. We issue one invoice at the end of
the fundraiser for cards/plaques ordered, administration fee, shipping and tax.
We do not handle any money. You collect and deposit all money into your school account.
Administration fee
We charge an administration fee because we scan and create custom sample cards for
every student, whether they order or not.
Sample cards significantly increase your school profit.
.75¢ per student (not per card)
Admin fee covers:
Art sheets for every student to create their artwork on
Shipping of your initial package
Scanning of all artwork
Samples for each student
Shipping
We provide shipping of initial supplies, you need to arrange shipping of the artwork to us
and we add shipping of samples and shipping of your final order to your invoice.
Taxes
Taxes are charge on your final invoice. If you would like to add the tax to the cost of the
cards to the parents to cover this expense please let us know when asked upon
registration.
