NEW CONTEST ADDED: Every Person who sells
at least $150 worth of ads will go into a
drawing to win One Free Year of a Dance Class
for the 2016-2017 Season. Now you can
DOUBLE your chance to win and if you sell the
most ads also you and win the drawing you win
not one but TWO classes FREE for one year!

Showcase your dancer in an Ad in our recital program OR sell ads to local
businesses.
CONTEST:
#1 COVER MODEL COMPETITION: All dancers who sell over $550 worth of ads will
be featured on the cover of the recital program. We will have a professional
photographer do a photo shoot and all of those dancers who sell over $550 will be
featured on the cover of the recital program and go on our website.
#2 Whoever sells the most in Ads sells will receive ONE FREE YEAR of one dance
class for the 2016-2017 season, two pairs of tights, one leotard and one pair of
dance shoes out of the retail store to get your year started ~ You will be able to
choose from the boutique at 2016-2017 fall registration.
#3 Whoever comes in second place with ad sells will receive one pair of tights, one
leotard and one pair of dance shoes from the retail store to get your year started~
You will be able to choose from the boutique at the 2016-2017 fall registration.
AD INFORMATION:
All ads must be received by Oceanway School of Dance no later than April
22, 2016 @ 7:00 pm
1 ad form must be present for each ad to be counted!!
 
Completed advertising forms, copy information including
correct pictures, and full payment must be received by 7:00 PM on
Friday April 22, 2016.
 
Siblings must sell $550 individually in order for each to
receive a space on the front cover.
 
The dancer who sells an ad is the person who will get credit
for the ad. Please sign form so correct dancer receives credit!!! No
dancer can give an ad sale to another dancer.
 
 
You must attend the cover shoot in order to be in the
picture.
 
As you approach businesses, family & friends about
advertising, be sure to let them know that their ad will be viewed by
over 1,000 people from all over the city. Remember you are selling
ads. Make a list of potential advertisers, plan a time to sell ads
(contest is over April 22 ), take the forms and be proud to represent
Oceanway School of Dance & Performing Arts. GOOD LUCK!!!!

it will be an additional $35 per ad. It will be presented at both the

Attach a hard copy of your photo here: OR write you email
below so we can email you to get the photo or digital copy of
your ad.

Fill out a duplicate form for those wanting a receipt.
  Attach ad copy and/or information and payment to the
ad form that has been filled out. Return to Lauren at the front
desk and do not forget your receipt.
  All pictures will be available for pick up at the front
desk after the recital. Please put dancer’s name on back of all
pictures. Write neatly. Remember the better the quality the
picture the better the ad.
  Design your basic ad and sketch it out or we will do it
for you as long as you provide complete information. Be sure to
include your dancer’s name in the ad you design or in the
information you give us to use!
  For those who want to design their own ads on
computer: Please let us know so we can work with you.
  Completed form, money, copy of ad must be paper
clipped (not stapled) together and turned in to the front desk
during office hours. Please make sure ALL Information is
complete.
  Do not wait until the last minute to submit your ads. We
can be more creative and do a much better job of proof reading
when we have adequate time to process your ads. Each ad must
be on its own form.
  Don’t be left out! Our program provides a special
memory for everyone who has an ad. You will enjoy the program
for years to come. You will see how special it is for each dancer
when they open it and see their own special ad!
