Fairhope Academy Training Policy
Players must arrive to the field 15 minutes before their scheduled practice
time
Players practice uniform must consist of:
• Fairhope Academy Practice jersey, White or Grey
• Adidas Shorts
• Blue or White Adidas Socks
• Adidas Jacket or Fairhope Academy sweatshirt – in cold weather
All players will be required to wear shin-guards to every practice
All Players must bring a size 4 ball
All players will be required to bring their own hydration, ideally plenty of
water
Should a player be late or absent from practice, the coach must be notified
well in advance
Player will be allowed to train with other teams within the club provided
permission has been granted by DOC
Practice is not a time for parent/coach conferences over any issues. Should
you request a meeting with the coach and or DOC, an appointment must be
made to meet at an alternative time.
