Significant contributions in

Management practices of some important diseases of crops like
phytophtora blight, bacterial blight of sesame, Bacterial blight of
paddy, Alternarai blight of marigold Alternaria blight and white
rust of mustard, dry root rot and wilt of gram and common scab of
potato have been imparted to the farmers.
The new technology developed under integrated pest
management project for the management of wilt of pulses.
Preparation of bio agent for the management of plant diseases
imparted to the farmers.
Management of guava wilt through the use of bio fungicide
(Trichoderma viridae) and lime.
The use of lime was also found effective for the management of
guava wilt.
Cultivation technology of milky mushroom (Calocybe indica) was
imparted to the mushroom growers.
Trained abouts 1000 farmers for mushrtoom cultivation and they
are growing mushroom
