Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to enter this promotion and prize details form part of these Terms and
Conditions of entry (Terms). Entry into the promotion is deemed upon acceptance of these
Terms.
2. The promoter is QBE Insurance (Australia) Limited ABN 78 003 191 035 of Level 5, 2 Park
Street Sydney 2000 (promoter).
3. The promotion will be open from 11.00am (AEST) on Monday, 10 July 2017 and will run
through to 11.00am on Monday, 24 July 2017 (AEST).
4. Entry is open to all residents within NSW, Australia.
5. Employees, contractors and officers of the promoter and companies associated with this
promotion and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
6. There will be one major winner and 25 runners up selected at random
7. The major winner will win a private suite for 12 people to round 21 Sydney Swans v
Fremantle on Saturday, 12 August at the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG) and are eligible for
the coin toss to kick-off the game. The prize also includes catering, beverages, transfer
to/from the ground (within the Sydney Metropolitan area).
8. 25 runners up will win a prize pack of four x reserve gold tickets to R21 Sydney Swans v
Fremantle on Saturday, 12 August at the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG) and Swans dollars to
spend at the stadium ($80 Swans dollars per winner)
9. The total prize pool is valued at $14,500 (including GST)
10. To enter the promotion, entrants must answer the question correctly and fill in their details
on the entry form on the QBE Sponsorship Hub during the promotional period.
11. Maximum of one (1) entry per person is permitted.
12. There will be one major winner and 25 runners up in total, and they will be selected at
random by QBE Australia.
13. Winners will be drawn on Tuesday, 25 July 2017 and notified via SMS (from QBE) and email
(from [email protected]) on Wednesday, 26 July.
14. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods and services.
15. The runners-up prizes do not include any transport to and/or from the SCG.

16. The promoter shall not be liable for any prize that may be lost, stolen, forged, damaged or
tampered with in any way before it reaches the winner.
17. Any eligible entrant who in the opinion of the promoter does not properly comply with the
entry process will be ineligible to win.
18. Entry details, including personal information provided by participants, remain the property
of the promoter. The promoter collects participants’ personal information in order to
conduct the promotion. It is a condition of this promotion that this information is provided.
By entering the promotion the participant agrees that the promoter may use this
information in any media for future promotional, marketing or publicity purposes without
any further reference, payment or other compensation to the participant. For more
information about how the promoter may use participants’ personal information, please
refer to the promoter’s privacy policy, which is available from the promoter.
19. The promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the promotion are final and binding on
each person who enters and no correspondence will be entered into.
20. The promoter will not be liable to any loss of damage whatsoever (including but not limited
to indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury which is suffered or sustained in
connection with this promotion or as a result of accepting any prize, except for any liability
which cannot be excluded by law.
