1.1 A copy of the Charter Report was sent to all tenants on 20th October 2015. The
cost ( including postage) was £2.22 per copy
1.2 Tenants were invited to comment on the Association’s self-assessment by
completing a questionnaire. 55 chose to do so. This equals 3.8% of all who
received the report. 53 returned the postal questionnaire and 2 chose to do so
online.

In all cases a majority of tenants – or the largest share who expressed a view supported our own assessment of our performance. The survey respondents
were heavily weighted towards the older ages categories with 89% of respondents
being over 40 years of age
