OUTCOME OF SOCIAL HOUSING CHARTER CONSULTATION NOVEMBER 2015 1.1 A copy of the Charter Report was sent to all tenants on 20th October 2015. The cost ( including postage) was £2.22 per copy 1.2 Tenants were invited to comment on the Association’s self-assessment by completing a questionnaire. 55 chose to do so.
