WELCOME TO THE GUARDIAN FAMILY!
Your system will be in a “test” mode for seven (7) days from
installation completion. This provides time for you to become
familiar with the functionality of your new alarm system and
greatly reduces the potential of false alarms and fines. During
the initial seven-day test period, there will be no response to
any alarm generated from your system as explained in your
Monitoring Agreement.
Accidental Intrusion Alarms following
your 7-Day No Dispatch policy
Your system has a built in false alarm feature. In the event you
accidentally cause a false alarm, you can abort it by DISARMING
the system twice. Guardian Protection Services’ Central Station
will contact you if the false alarm is not successfully aborted. It
will then be necessary to provide your alarm system password
to abort the false alarm. PLEASE DO NOT CALL THE CENTRAL
STATION. Let them contact you.
PLEASE REMEMBER
Test Your System Monthly by Calling
Central Station at 1-800-922-4827
