Applications are invited for Pre-Qualification from Contractors/Firms who are on the
approved list of C&W Department for the year 2017-2018 and duly registered / renewed with the
Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category/codes for the tendering of the following works: S.No. Name of Work

The project is to be completed on fast track with in a period of 1-year and accelerated pace of
work is required by continuing the execution round the clock.
The interested Contractors / firms having experience and resources to work on fast track are
required to submit the following information/documents page marked & indexed (in duplicate) to the
Executive Engineer, 3rd Buildings Division, Lahore so as to reach him by 29.07.2017.
1Name / full address and partnership deed of the contractors / firms with Power of Attorney in
favour of persons authorized.
2Year of establishment supported by certificate from the Registrar of firms.
3Name/particulars of specialist firm to be associated.
4List of cases pending in arbitration/ litigation, if any.
5Renewal/Certificate of Registration from Pakistan Engineering council Islamabad, in the
relevant category/codes (duly attested by 1st Class Officer).
6Copy of Enlistment / renewal for year 2017-2018 with C&W department.
7List of complete permanent Business management, Finance Management and Engineering /
Technical Staff with their complete Bio-data and proof of stay with the firm.
8List of equipment with its No. make/model condition and location along-with the proof of
ownership.
9Detail of similar projects completed by the contractor / firm giving location, approximate cost,
time taken for completion duly supported with a certificate from Client Department.
10List of project handled during last 3-years mentioning their location, approximate cost, time
allowed/taken duly supported with a certificate from Client Department.
11Performance completion certificate from the Executive Engineer/ client under whom the works
have been executed during last 10-years.
12Detail of works in hand indicating name of client department. Consultants, scope of work,
completed/ payments received upto date by the contractor/firm.
13Authentic proof of their financial position such as Bank statement of the previous one year.
14Total assets work capital and liabilities duly certified, by (Auditors) C.A
15Income Tax registration certificate and returns submitted to Income Tax Department for the last
3-years.
16Any further particulars, the firm wishes to furnish.
The Pre-qualification application shall be evaluated on the basis of Planning & Development
Department criteria for Pre-qualification. The other related information required in this regard should
also be provided.
Any further information / detail in this connection may be had from the Executive Engineer,
3rd Buildings Division, Mcleod Road, Lahore on any working day.
In addition to, all information required for pre-qualification i.e. instructions for preparation and
submission of the pre-qualification documents, evaluation criteria, list of documentary evidence and
other details given in the pre-qualification documents can be obtained from the office of the Executive
Engineer, 3rd Buildings Division 6-Mcleod Road, Lahore before the date of submission of the
application on any working day during office hours on request.
