Skills/Gap Analysis )-Each Team Member to complete
Each of these factors is critical in ensuring success. Each factor needs to be monitored and assessed throughout the season.
Self-awareness is key to understanding where you feel you are at and what training plan needs to be implemented in order
to get where you need to be.
Curl BC has performance standards (stats, national fitness standards) that can be shared with you.
1. Rate yourself on a scale of 1 – 10 (10 being Olympic Gold Medal Athlete) on where you think you are now
2. Rate yourself in the next column where you think you need to be to accomplish your goals (these do not all have to be 10’s)
3. What can you do to ensure that you will reach the numbers in column 3.
