extended and applications are invited on the prescribed forms for admission in M.A/M.Sc

Admission Requirements:-Attested photo copies of the following documents should be attached with
the admission forms.
(i) DMCs, Certificates and Degrees of SSC, FA/F.Sc, BA/B.Sc or equivalent qualifications
(ii) Domicile Certificate, Character Certificate and C.N.I.C or Form ‘B’ of the applicants
(iii) Three Passport Size Photographs
(iv) Migration Certificate (Original) within 15 days after the enrollment
(v) Undertaking on judicial stamp paper of Rs. 50 as per specimen available at the Directorate of
Academics and Admissions
(vi) Candidates applying for more than discipline/program, category/quota will be required to submit
a separate admission form for each discipline/program and category/quota
(vii)
A candidate declared eligible for admission to a program shall appear before the
admission committee for interview
Admission Forms available:

On the university website: www.bkuc.edu.pk and the desiring Candidates are required to take a
print of the admission form and attach a Bank Draft of Rs.250/- in favor of the Treasurer Bacha
Khan University, Charsadda for each application.


Detail of reserved seats in each discipline:
1. Two seats for Afghan Nationals.
2. 2% seats for Sports.
3. 7% seats for FATA & Baluchistan.

7. 1 seat for Hafiz Quran.

Hostel Facility:
Separate Hostel facility is available for limited number of male and female students.
Interested candidates should fill in the column for Hostel accommodation in admission forms.
Transport Facility:
Transport facility for students’ pick and drop on the approved routs with prescribed
charges will be provided by the University.
Scholarships /Financial Aid for the University Students at a Glance:
 BKUC Merit-Cum-Need Based Scholarships:
These Scholarships are offered to the talented and needy students, who otherwise find it
hard to pay their tuition fee and other miscellaneous expanses pertaining to graduate level
studies. These scholarships are being offered upon comprehensive merit and need
assessments survey.
 BKUC Sibling Rebate Scholarships:
To encourage major portion of the community towards education and increase
enrollments in higher education sector thereby contributing to national development goals
being set at Vision-2025, the university offers a rebate on tuition fee component for the
siblings of current students.
 MORA Scholarships:
These Scholarships are available at the university to needy and poor students. These
financial assistances being provided from Zakat Funds by the Ministry of Religious Affairs,
upon the recommendation of District Zakat and Usher Officers.
 The Prime Minister Tuition Fee Reimbursement Payment Scheme:
These scholarships are offered to the students from Gilgit-Baltistan, Dera Ismail Khan,
Swat, Malakand, Kohistan, Dir, Shangla, Buner, Chitral and FATA region at the university.
These Scholarships covering tuition fee for the entire academic program at Graduate and Post
Graduate level studies. Federal Government of Pakistan awards all these scholarships.
 National Bank Of Pakistan Student Loan Scheme:
Financial Assistance extended by providing interest free loans to the needy students who
are financially constrained in their pursuit of Higher Education. The graduate and post
Graduate students can benefit from this scheme.
 Fee Concession For Disable Students
University encourages disable students towards their studies and offers 75% concession
in tuition fee for such students.
