A Tag Question is a small question added to the
end of a statement.
Statement + Tag question
Tag Questions are use for two reasons:
 To
check for correctness
 To check for agreement

Mr. Lee is our teacher.
(I know this is true).

Mr. Lee is our teacher, isn’t he?
Tag Question
(I think he’s our teacher, I’m not sure)

Mary runs every day.
(I know this)

Mary runs every day, doesn’t she?
Tag Question
(I think she runs everyday, but I don’t know exactly)

Sometimes when we make a statement we want to know if
you agree (동의하다) or disagree (동의하지 않는다).

Here we can also use a tag question.
