Meadow Lake
By Doug Shrout
We are in the process of finishing up the new neighborhood,
Wellstone III at Forest Ridge. This will be a 50 homesite
neighborhood with many golf course lots along #12, #15 & #16
fairways of the Forest Ridge Golf Club. Included in Wellstone III
will be a new neighborhood park which will be accessible to all
Forest Ridge residents as it is located just outside the gates at N.
85th Street and E. Kenosha. The homesites and park should be all
completed by the end of May, 2016.
No Fishing Lakes
As a reminder, there are three lakes on the Forest Ridge Golf
Course that do not allow fishing of any type, nor at any time of the
day! The lake between #1 & #9 fairway as well as the two lakes
on #15 & #16 are not to be fished. It poses a danger to the people
fishing with golf balls being hit around them, plus these lakes are
on private property so fishermen will be considered trespassing!
Lawn Care
Be good to yourselves, your lawn and your neighbors by getting
down a pre-emergent product this year. Getting this “weed & feed”
down will kill the winter weeds not showing, as well as the seeds
for other weeds that have yet to sprout. It also feeds your Bermuda
to give it a kick-start for a lush lawn all summer. These products
can be found in many places, including Lowes and are relatively
inexpensive considering the benefit they will provide you! You
should always follow the manufacturers label and especially so if
you live along one of the many lakes within Forest Ridge.
This annual event
is an opportunity
to get out and
enjoy one of our
catch & release
fishing lakes.
The Robson
Companies
will provide
worms and some
refreshments.
So make plans
to come out and
catch a few fish
while enjoying the outdoors.
Pets Poop so Scoop
The Trails System is for the enjoyment of all residents. It is difficult
to get in a good walk if you have to constantly watch out for dogdroppings on the trails! If you are reading this, you probably
already pick up after your pets, but please pass this information on
to your neighbors who may not!
Forest riDge
garage sale June 4th
The Robson Companies will not advertise
this event other than exterior banners on
the property. Should you wish to host a sale
it is your responsibility to conclude your
sale by 5pm and pick up any directional
signs you display.
Resident Referrals
The Robson Companies paid dues for 16
Residents this year due to their referral
of new construction homeowners within
Forest Ridge. This is easy money back into
your pocket for referring a new construction
resident. Isn’t it time you refer someone
to so you can get the credit next year? For
more information please visit the Resident
Section of the website or call Robson Realty
at 918-357-1488. Take advantage of this
easy opportunity to refer someone to our
community.
