Bridal Pricing Guidelines include “on location” makeup and or hair styling. Any and
all assistants needed for the event will be decided on by the artist and are included in the
below pricing.
A non refundable deposit is required to ensure sincerity of booking. The deposit will go
be deducted from the final balance.
Travel Charges: The above prices include any and all travel charges to the venue up to 20
miles. Travel beyond 20 miles is .60 a mile

Bride pricing includes a consultation at my venue where we will design a look
perfect for you as well as a minor touch up kit. Additional touch up items may be
purchased. Please let artist know ahead of time so these items can be available for you.

Services Needed
More clients may be added if desired. Purchaser understands that the timeframe
commited to at time of contract signing is only for the above clients. If more services
need to be added, purchaser agrees to confirm with artist ahead of time. Artist can not
guarantee additional time frame unless confirmed. Additional artists may need to be
brought in to accommodate any changes.
All clients need to have clean and dry hair. Hair that must also be blow dried (unless a
blow out service) will incur a $15 additional charge.
Location and timing changes are permitted pending our availability. If we are unable to
accommodate a change to the contract, the original contract details will be enforced or
another artist may have to be substituted.
Consultations are done in my home studio. If you would like for me to come to you,
there is an additional $20 travel charge in addition to mileage.
Consultations are not mandatory, but highly recommended. If you do not plan on having
a trial/in house consultation due to out of town wedding planning, please initial here.

Minimum booking for weddings over 20 miles is 8 services. Services can equal 2 per
person (for example, a bride with hair and makeup equals 2 services rendered). Flower
girls and Junior Bridesmaids do not count towards minimum. Bookings over 50 miles is
10 services.
Cotton Rouge does not require a minimum service count for local bookings, however
weddings with 4 or less services (or 2 people needing hair and makeup) may need to
adjust their timeline slightly earlier. For example, a bridal party of 2 for hair and makeup
needing to be ready by 2:30 at the latest may be asked if they can be ready by 1:30. This
is not in every case, but is asked for in curteosy of the artist so that an additional small
booking may be allotted. This is so that minimum service bookings do not have to be
asked for in order to book.
Purchaser agrees to the above pricing guidelines. If there are any changes to the number
of clients needing services, purchaser will contact artist to let them know as soon as
possible. In the event that more than three (3) clients will not be needing services, Artist
should be made aware thirty (30) days prior to the event or payment is due on those
clients. Services must not drop down below minimum for travel destinations.
Any cancellation should be made thirty(60) days prior to the event in written form. If
written notice is provided 60 days or less than the event day then the purchaser is
responsible for the balance.
The balance of the total sum shall be due the day of Event Date, in the form of
CASH, Check or Credit Card.
A non refundable deposit of $50 is due upon signing the contract. This deposit is
then applied to your total due the day of services.

Waiver of Liability
Use agreement, policies, waiver and release of liability
I, _________________________________________ (herein after referred to as “Client”)
desire the services of Katie Cotton of Cotton Rouge and her second artists. (herein after
referred to as the “artists”) and in consideration for requesting the artists and related
services, Client agrees to the following terms and conditions therein:
I understand that the services I have requested are ordinarily harmless but may damage
or inadvertently affect my hair, skin or nails because of a present condition unknown to
the artists and I accept full responsibility for any possible damage that may result, directly
or indirectly to my hair or skin.
I understand that the makeup services I have requested are ordinarily harmless and
have notified the stylists of any known allergy to products used. Cotton Rouge agrees to
always maintain clean brushes, clean products and disposable mascara wands. This
being said I accept full responsibility for any reaction that may be caused, directly or
indirectly to my hair, skin or nails.
I understand that Cotton Rouge and it’s artists do their best to provide services that will
last and are long wear, but that there is no absolute guarantee after the artists are
finished with services. Final outcomes may be affected by humidity, activity, or long
wear, etc. I agree not to hold the artists accountable for the appearance of makeup and
hair styles after the artists leave.
I agree by signing this to not hold Katie Cotton of Cotton Rouge or any artists booked thru
Cotton Rouge responsible for any loss, damage, liability or cost, including court costs and
attorneys’ fees that may incur due to accepting the services rendered, no matter the
cause. I herby give permission for images of myself captured during this wedding through
video, photograph and digital camera to be used for the purposes of Cotton Rouge
promotional material and publications, and waive any rights of compensation and
ownership thereto. Of course, Cotton Rouge holds no rights to sell these images and
would only be using them for promotional (website, business card, etc) use.
In signing this agreement, I acknowledge and represent that I have read all of this wavier
of liability, understand it, am signing it voluntarily and am over 18 years of age.
