Other NANPA Resource Administration Metrics/Benchmarks – all metrics for September 2016 were met There were 3 CIC assignments made in September There were no 5XX-NXX assignments made in September There were 5 CIC reclamations/returns in September 555 Reclamation as of 9/30/16 o 1727 letters have been sent via US Mail with 475 being returned as undeliverable o 16 faxes sent to assignees o 315 emails sent to assignees with 71 emails being returned as undeliverable o 7,172 assignments had been sent a notification. CA o Responded to CPUC’s inquiry on 619 NPA codes per rate center and assisted with review of 619 NPA public meeting handouts o Participated in the three 619 NPA Local Jurisdictional and Public Meetings NY o NNS notice was posted on behalf of the industry with a copy of the industry’s joint filing of PL 497 outlining steps necessary to activate the new 838 NPA overlay See following document for additional details of activities of NANPA relief planners. Relief Planning Report - 102516 INC Activities Issue 825 – Update the COCAG Appendix C – Procedures for Code Holder Exit, to address a returned NXX with an LRN that does not belong to the code holder. Issue was accepted at INC 150 and went to initial closure. Guidelines were updated 10/21/2016. Number Administration Activities/Events/Projects NANPA responded to 17 NANPA feedback emails in September Action Item Review N/A Open Discussion NANPA provided the NOWG a proposed response to inquiries submitted to NANPA from external parties about unwanted telephone calls and requested NOWG input.
