Delivery to address code
Your ‘deliver to ‘code is very important when using the iProc system to order goods and
services. It is linked to your cost centre, your address, your NHS Supply Chain address codes,
your budget (subjective) codes and the category codes needed to create your orders. When
set correctly as your default deliver-to in your preferences it will automatically populate the
information into your requisition
Example:
RW1N.S00840.7221.00000.00000.000000
To Autocreate the above code on the PO we need to make
sure all the right codes are in place linked to the Deliver to
code:
Deliver to: RW1007F PROCUREMENT
Cost centre: S00840
Ship to: RW1 THE ELMS
NHSSC code: 3P007F
Valid codes (extraction):
eClass codes –category - (example) which determine the
subjective code
If you continually get errors or have to create the code in your requisition you need to contact your
finance team to review the GL code combination for your cost centre.

Setting or amending default “deliver-to” location
preferences
Go to your “Oracle Applications Home Page”. Double click on IPROC and select Preferences on
the top right corner and then select iProcurement Preferences on the left hand side – see
below.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and by clicking on the torch icon next to the Deliver -to
Location you can choose your default Deliver-to Location. Click the Apply button (bottom right).
Any future new requisitions that you raise should show your new default Deliver-to code.
Also please note that any requisitions which are currently in the checkout stage will not update, for
these you will either need to enter the Deliver-to Location manually, or you can delete it and then
raise the requisition again. This also applies to requisitions that you may copy – you will have to
amend the Deliver-to address.
