Sample Hockey Camp Schedule
8:00am-8:15am Check in
8:15am-8:30am Warm-up and stretch
8:30am-9:30am
Skating drills-This portion of the camp will concentrate on
skating, including crossovers, sprints and backwards
skating. Camp participants will begin to feel stronger
endurance by the end of the camp.
9:30am-10:00am Break for snack

Mike Casey returns for hockey
camp again this summer. Mike has
a B.A. degree in elementary
education and has coached for the
Jr. Gladiators hockey teams since
1999 as well as middle school
soccer and basket ball teams.

Skills Game-After a long morning of hard work, camp
participants will enjoy a relaxing, yet skillful game
designed to improve quickness and maneuvering in small
places, all while having a great time.
