Responsibilities
 Work with Sustainability Leads to prioritize Sustainability
Strategies
 Work with Sustainability Leads to ensure strategy
outcomes will be achieved with Success Criteria in mind
 Ensure Sustainability and Team Leads resources are
available and have dedicated time and skill set to
support strategy session tasks
 Address risks/gaps and work with Sustainability Leads to
implement risk mitigation
 Take action if Success Criteria is not being met
 Work with Team Leads to prepare for strategy sessions
 Coordinate and work with Team Leads and Team
Members to secure the appropriate resources for
strategy sessions
 Monitor and track strategy session status to report
timeline, scope, and risk impacts to Executive Leadership
Team
 Maintain communication and reporting efforts to all
involved in strategy sessions
 Communicate resource requirements (time, attendance,
tasks, etc.) to supervisors of assigned resources
 Develop, update, and communicate templates, forms,
and overall process to Team Leads, Team Members, and
Executive Leadership Team
 Plan training and/or business process changes to ensure
appropriate resources are available to provide training
 Review and build strategy planning documents
 Provide guidance on the overall Sustainability Plan



