LGHealth iConnect Citrix User Guide December 6, 2011 General Information This document will outline how to log onto LGHealth Citrix web interface to use e-Health and other applications. https://iconnect.lghealth.org is the URL when a user is at a pre-approved physician office. This includes all affiliated Doctor’s offices and business locations but should not be used from Home. If you sign into the website and get the error: “Unable to launch your application. Contact your help desk with the following information: Cannot connect to the Citrix XenApp server. There is no Citrix XenApp server configured on the specified address.” This means that your site or machine is not set up correctly to connect in this manner. Alert your technical contact and try using your previous method of connecting to e-Health at LGH.
