FOOTBALL
Quarterback Challenge Game Rules
1. The contestant will attempt to throw a pass from 10 yards away into a three foot by three foot net
target. If the pass is completed into the target, then he/she will win a $25 Visa® gift card.
2. The contestant then has the option to accept the $25 prize or risk it by throwing a pass from 15
yards away. If the 15 yard pass is complete, the contestant will win $50 in Visa® gift cards.
3. The contestant then has the option to accept the $50 prize or risk it once again by throwing a pass
from 25 yards away. If the 25 yard pass is complete, the contestant will win $500 in Visa® gift
cards.
4. Each time a contestant risks their prize, he/she will risk losing the prize earned to that point. For
example, if the contestant wins the $50 prize but misses the 25 yard pass, he/she will not win any
prize amount.
5. All passes must be completed into the net target on the fly (no bounces). Passes not completed on
the fly will be deemed incomplete.
6. All passes must be completed with both of the contestant’s feet behind the designated yard line.
7. Representatives of the RMU Athletic Department will be responsible for determining whether the
pass is completed successfully. All decisions are final.
GENERAL RULES
1. To be eligible for the contest, you must be a legal resident of the United States (including Alaska and
Hawaii) and at least 18 years of age.
2. RMU Athletics staff members and their immediate family members, NCAA or NAIA StudentAthletes, as well as Clearview employees, volunteers and their immediate family members are not
eligible to participate.
3. The attendance number at RMU home games and the number of those individuals entering to win
the chance to play the in-game contest determines the chances of being selected. Contestants will
be randomly selected by an RMU employee. NCAA or NAIA Student-Athletes are not eligible to
participate in the challenges.
4. Once a contestant has been selected by an RMU employee, an announcement will be made to call
the contestant to the Clearview booth. If the contestant does not appear within 5 minutes, another
announcement will be made. If the contestant still does not appear at the Clearview booth, RMU will
pick another contestant.
5. By completing the entry form, you consent to Clearview FCU contacting you about products and
services. This may be via telephone or email. You also agree to the privacy policy regarding how
your personal information is processed.
6. Winners consent to the use of their name and likeness for publicity purposes without further
compensation, unless prohibited by law. All entrants agree to release and hold harmless Clearview
(and their employees, agents, representatives and affiliated companies) from all claims of any kind
arising directly or indirectly from the Quarterback Challenge, Hockey Skill Shot Challenge or Hoop
Shoot Challenge contests.
7. Clearview Federal Credit Union and Robert Morris University are not responsible for any injuries
that may occur during the Quarterback Challenge, Hockey Skill Shot Challenge or Hoop Shoot
Challenge contests.
MISCELLANEOUS
The Quarterback Challenge, Hockey Skill Shot Challenge or Hoop Shoot Challenge contests are
subject to all applicable laws in the United States. By accepting the $25/$50/$500 Visa® gift card(s),
you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions mentioned herein. Noncompliance of these
rules will result in disqualification. Furthermore, if there is any suspected evidence of tampering or
corruption or if the Quarterback Challenge, Hockey Skill Shot Challenge or Hoop Shoot Challenge
contests are compromised by any unauthorized human intervention or any other causes beyond
the control of Clearview, the Credit Union reserves the right to disqualify any individual deemed
responsible for such corruption, suspend and/or terminate the contests. If the contests are
terminated prior to the end of the scheduled contests period, notice will be posted on Clearview’s
website at www.clearviewfcu.org or other media used to promote the Quarterback Challenge,
Hockey Skill Shot Challenge or Hoop Shoot Challenge contests. For notification of winners or a set of
these rules, please send a self-addressed stamped envelope to:
