Butterfly Ball 2017 Sparkling Star Sponsorship
Dear Friend,
The Ashley Lauren Foundation’s 6th Annual Butterfly Ball will take place on Saturday, February
25, 2017, at Ocean Place Resort and Spa in Long Branch. This spectacular event is held
annually to assist the Foundation in its mission to provide Hope and Help For Children
With Cancer who reside in New Jersey. Community support of this event will enable the
Foundation to help hundreds of children who are battling cancer with assistance they and their
families desperately need. The Ashley Lauren Foundation was incorporated by the State of
New Jersey on July 6, 2005. We are a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. EIN # 20-3232026 &
Charitable Registration # CH2746800.
We specifically are asking for your participation as a “Sparkling Star Sponsor” as we have or
have had a family living in your town.
A member of the Butterfly Ball Committee will call you in the next week or so to follow up and
ask for your commitment for this commemorative event. For your donation of $1000, a
Sparkling Star Sponsorship includes a one-half page advertisement in the Ball’s Advertising
Journal and a Recognition Star displayed at the Ball.
Our Ad Journal advertising pages provide the opportunity to acknowledge your organization to
the hundreds of civic and corporate leaders in attendance, while at the same time expressing
your support to The Ashley Lauren Foundation. Last year we had over 600 guests attending
our Ball. Our hope is that you will consider partnering with us in this evening – knowing that you
have made a significant difference in the life of a child suffering from cancer.
