BID NO. 7198, issued on April 6, 2017, has the following changes:

Section 1, Scope of Work, page 3 Item 1. has the following change:
Original:
1 each 2hp, 3 phase, 460 volt 1-1/4 inch submersible well pump, Franklin motor 15FA025023P460 pump,
15FA25S2PE. Bid should include this model, but other suitable substitutions may be considered. Control panel,
operating controls, pressure switch, pump lead wire, 315 feet of 1-1/4 inch galvanized pipe, and a 15 amp fused
disconnect, sanitary seal and all incidental needed to make pump functional.
Revised:
1 each 2hp, 3 phase, 460 volt 1-1/4 inch submersible well pump, Franklin pump and motor
15FA2S43P460 = 15gpm FA series 2 hp stainless 4 inch pump 3 phase 460 volts. Bid should
include this model, but other suitable substitutions may be considered. Control panel, operating
controls, pressure switch, pump lead wire, 315 feet of 1-1/4 inch galvanized pipe, and a 15 amp fused
disconnect, sanitary seal and all incidental needed to make pump functional.
