In point 2.4 of Tender Specifications – in the 2nd table in the end of the paragraph INSTEAD OF "Tenders must score, as a minimum, 60% for each individual criterion and 70% in total. Tenders that do not reach the minimum quality thresholds will be rejected and will not be ranked. The maximum points for quality is 100. After evaluation of the quality of the tender, the tenders are ranked using the formula below to determine the tender offering best value for money. A weight of 60/40 is given to the quality/price.
