One Bistro Rewards: Policies and Disclaimers
• You will receive a 50-point bonus when you first sign up.
• Only the Rewards Card Holder who pays the check may earn points.
To earn points you must present your Rewards Card each time you make a purchase.
• Members of One Bistro Rewards will be awarded 1 point for each dollar spent. Every time you
earn a total of 250 points One Bistro will issue you a gift card for $25 to use on a subsequent
visit.
• Points expire 1 year after the first day of non-use of the card, or upon any stated expiration date.
• Points will not be awarded for the purchase of a gift card or for gratuity.
• One Bistro $25 Rewards Cards are not valid towards gift card purchases.
• One Bistro $25 Rewards Cards may not be redeemed for alcoholic beverages.
• One Bistro $25 Rewards Cards are not redeemable for cash.
• One Bistro $25 Rewards Cards may not be redeemed for gratuities.
• One Bistro $25 Rewards Cards expire 1 year after issued or upon any stated expiration date.
• There will be no cash refund and no points earned when redeeming One Bistro $25 Rewards
Cards or other reward points.
• Points will not be earned on meals tax or sales tax.
• One Bistro Rewards Member Cards are nontransferable. Lost/stolen or additional cards will be
issued for $5 each.
• One Bistro $25 Rewards Cards are nontransferable. Lost/stolen Rewards Cards will not be
replaced.
• One Bistro is not responsible for points earned or redeemed by un-authorized users.
• Employees of One Bistro and their immediate family are not eligible to participate.
• You will receive e-certificates on your birthday and anniversary, and for each of two family or
friend’s birthdays. The value of e-certificate may vary.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll.
• One Bistro Rewards Members must keep their personal file up to date by reporting any changes
in name, address, etc. to the restaurant.
• One Bistro reserves the right to discontinue the Rewards program at any time, with written notice
to members. In the event that this program is discontinued, members will be allowed to redeem
any awards that they have already been issued within any stated expiration date.
• Rewards Member Accounts with no activity for one year will be closed.
