Agents can take Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Training through LIMRA one of three ways:
1) an insurance carrier can “sponsor” you;
2) you can pay for it yourself; or
3) you can contact Bell & Associates for free AML training!
Bell & Associates and NAILBA
Now a NAILBA Agency membership, Bell & Associates has the privilege to provide our agents AntiMoney Laundering training - AT NO COST to the agent.



If you have already completed the base training through LIMRA, simply log back into the
system, check to be sure you have noted you affiliation with Bell & Associates* and complete
any outstanding AML training.

*NOTE: In order to associate your affiliation with Bell & Associates, be sure to check the box in
Step 2 on the login page where you will then Edit your profile screen
New to LIMRA/NAILBA AML training?
If you completed your AML training elsewhere, you can create an account on the LIMRA site to take
the LIMRA/NAILBA AML training, but you will have to complete the base course in addition to any
available updates. The base training takes approximately 30 minutes.
Please note that each carrier has their own requirements, and may have additional training on the site
that must be completed to fulfill their requirements. Please review the individual carriers for questions
about specific company requirements.
Existing LIMRA/NAILBA AML User?
If you have taken NAILBA/LIMRA training in the past, but forgotten your password, use the “forgot
password” link on the login page to access your training. DO NOT create a new account using
incorrect or fake information simply to gain access to the course.
Completed?
The system will link the course results to the agent based on the information provided during the login
process and AUTOMATICALLY notifies the insurance carrier of course completion. You WILL NOT
receive any notification of completion. If you would like to have something for your records, you can
“copy and paste” a screen shot of the information provided into an email or Word document to be sent
to our office for processing.
Otherwise, please note that you have taken the NAILBA/LIMRA AML training on the appointment
application to the carrier or other documentation to be submitted with your contract request. This will
trigger the carrier to request completion data on you.
Please note that each carrier has their own requirements, and may have additional training on the
LIMRA site or the carrier site that must be completed to fulfill their requirements. The company pages
are only postings of company-specific information that the companies want you to view. LIMRA will
report back to the carrier whether or not you viewed the information on their page. After the
information in that page is viewed, the completion status changes from “not started” to “viewed.” Only
the actual courses will show completion dates.

LIMRA
From the LIMRA site, you can view whether or not the system has accepted your status for the
training and refresher courses, as well as company specific pages. For the base/refresher course, it
will show “Not Started” or “Completed” and include the completed date as applicable. Similarly, for the
carrier specific pages, it will show “Viewed” or “Not Started”.
To verify completion status, log on to your AML account at https://aml.limra.com. If assistance is
needed, you can use the online help for ID/password information or call the help desk at (866) 3642380. Note: LIMRA can only help the account holder.
